Responsibilities

  • Serving as the point person for mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinating with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organizing office operations and procedures
  • Coordinating with the IT department on all office equipment
  • Managing relationships with vendors, service providers and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office leases
  • Managing office G&A budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Providing general support to visitors

 

Requirements

  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
